Return Policy

SNIFFY smart tags are custom-printed for your pet. Below you’ll find the steps to follow, what it costs, and how long everything takes when there’s a problem with your order.

SNIFFY Pty Ltd (ABN 54 522 530 236) is the retailer responsible for these return arrangements.

We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, but we’ll always help if something isn’t right.

Within 14 days - printing or shape issues

If your tag arrives wrongly printed or in the wrong shape, let us know within 14 days of delivery via the contact form. We respond within 2 business days and will confirm the next steps. We’ll make it right with a corrected replacement at no expense to you. If we can’t remake it, we’ll provide a refund once approved. Returns can be sent back in a standard letter envelope (about $1.70 as of October 2025); we reimburse or prepay this postage when the issue is on us.

  • Please include your order number and a quick photo so we can sort it out fast.
  • Approved replacements within 14 days are sent free of charge, including any return postage we request.
  • Personalisation details are printed exactly as entered at checkout.
  • Send approved returns to PO Box 1269, Meadowbank NSW 2114. Keep the postage receipt so we can reimburse you where required.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind or for personalisation errors entered at checkout.

After 14 days - 1-year "Life Happens" coverage

Life with pets is busy. For the first 12 months after you receive your tag, we’ll cover it for damage that happens during everyday use - scratches, scuffs, bent hardware, or other wear and tear. If your tag becomes damaged, submit a request through the contact form. We respond within 2 business days with approval details. Returns use the same standard letter option (about $1.70 as of October 2025); this postage is covered by the customer for “Life Happens” claims.

  • Post the damaged tag back to us at your expense once approved.
  • We’ll send a fresh replacement at no cost once we receive it.
  • Send the approved item to PO Box 1269, Meadowbank NSW 2114 and keep your postage receipt for tracking.

This coverage doesn’t include lost or stolen tags, or damage caused by deliberate misuse or alteration.

Refunds

Because SNIFFY tags are personalised, refunds are only provided where we confirm a printing/shape error or we’re unable to remake the item. Otherwise, eligible issues are resolved with a replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm we can’t remake it. Timing depends on your payment provider.
