1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sniffy.pet website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sniffy provides a platform to help reunite lost pets with their owners through QR/NFC-enabled pet tags. Owners can register their pets and link them to a physical tag. When a tag is scanned, the finder is shown a public profile of the pet with information provided by the owner. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide for your pet's profile.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sniffy and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sniffy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Sniffy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that any lost pet will be found or that the information provided by users is accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sniffy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
