When your order arrives, scan the QR code on the back. You’ll be prompted to sign in or create a SNIFFY account, then link the tag to your pet’s profile.

Can I update the details later?

Yes. Log into the dashboard anytime to edit phone numbers, addresses, vet information, or add a backup carer. Changes appear instantly on the profile.

What if my pet goes swimming?

Tags are waterproof. Rinse with fresh water after beach or pool time to keep the finish looking sharp.
