We're pausing order processing and shipping for a short period. Thanks for your patience.
Processing pause
Orders placed after 9:00 PM AEDT on Friday, 20 February 2026 will not be processed or shipped until Sunday, 8 March 2026.
Quick notes
- Orders are still welcome! they will be queued and processed once we return.
- Sniffy features stay live: all tag features and online profiles will work as normal.
- Only new tag shipments are paused: everything else runs as usual.
- Cut-off applies to all shipping options: standard and express will resume on the same date.
